There was a payment processing error between the hosting service and
paypal. They money was all there but paypal hiccuped on the
transaction so they shut us down. I kicked paypal and called the
hosting service.

Thanks for sharing the reason it went down. The information is appreciated. I work in a library and we're always having an electronic journal subscription shut down because of payment glitches, so I understand how it happens. :)
